Programme First Professional Experience in public administrations

The Ministry of Territorial policy participates through 19 government delegations to the programme First Professional Experience in public administrations.

The Programme is part of the recovery Plan, transformation and Resilience, more specifically in the policy lever VIII "new economy of care and employment policies ’, ‘ Component 23 new public policies for a dynamic labour market, resilient and inclusive ', led by the ministry of labour and Social economy.

The participation of the tbm was materialized through the subsidies granted to the delegations of the government in the framework of the order TES/1152/2021, 24 october, the ministry of labour and Social Economy, for the financing of the 'first professional experience in public administrations', under the budget of the SEPE under the mechanism for recovery and resilience (240-programme).

These grants can offer a first work experience in the government's delegations to unemployed young people who have completed their formal education in order to gain “ soft ” as well as social and professional skills in areas such as the transition and the green economy, the digitization of services, social cohesion and rural local development

For the whole of government delegations have been offered a total of 244 training contracts [1] in order to acquire professional experience in a number of projects designed by the Delegations for themselves, within the framework of the objectives outlined, provide for their particularities. The projects address subjects such as documentary treatment and retention of documents; equality; modernization of the language of law; or the advice of funds Next Generation, among others.

In total are carried out 71 projects; of these, 38 deserve special attention to the placed in two strategic programmes for the MPT: the modernization programme of the communication, citizenship and rural outreach programme. These projects are conducted in each and every delegation of the government, they are configured as critical tools to bring the General state administration to citizens across the national territory ”.
